Snake venom-related enzyme underlies COVID-19 mortality

Published in The Journal of Clinical Investigation, has identified a snake venom-related enzyme that may be the key cause of COVID-19 related mortality. Their findings have revealed a brand-new target for potential therapeutic treatments.
  • The role of lipid metabolism in COVID-19
  • Up to 80% of individuals infected with SARS-CoV-2 are asymptomatic or develop mild to moderate symptoms. However, COVID-19 can be life-altering and ultimately fatal for the remaining 20%, with multiple organ failure often leading to mortality. Consequently, there is an urgent need to identify the cellular and molecular mechanisms responsible for severe COVID-19.
  • Recent studies have suggested that lipid metabolism plays a key role in determining an individual’s response to COVID-19 infection. There is evidence that SARS-CoV-2 modifies the levels of various lipids in host cells. This indicates that severe COVID-19 may be accompanied by phospholipases that cleave intact phospholipids from cellular membranes.
  • The team behind this study investigated this theory by using lipidomic methods to analyse blood samples. Samples were taken from individuals with no disease, mild COVID-19 and severe COVID-19 as well as deceased COVID-19 patients.
  • Identification of key enzyme
  • The analyses showed that deceased COVID-19 patients had the most significant changes to their lipid profile. In total, 181 unique molecules were identified in these patients, many of which were associated with phospholipid metabolism.
  • Further targeted lipidomics revealed that in comparison to survivors, deceased patients had elevated levels of a circulating, catalytically active enzyme called secreted phospholipase AGroup IIA (sPLA2-IIA). Their sPLA2-IIA levels were 9.6-fold higher than in mild patients and 5-fold higher than in severe patients. In addition, high sPLA2-IIA levels were significantly associated with multiple organ dysfunction. This implies that sPLA2-IIA may drive the organ failure seen in fatal COVID-19 cases.
  • The study further demonstrated the importance of sPLA2-IIA through the use of a machine learning method. Out of 80 clinical indices, the algorithm identified sPLA2-IIA level as the key feature that differentiated survivors from non-survivors. This highlights a potential method for identifying COVID-19 patients at high risk of mortality.

More on Marijuana's Dangers

small study of marijuana users yielded some potentially troubling results, with researchers claiming that marijuana consumption might have a profound impact on the parts of the brain that process decision-making, emotional assessment, addiction and the processing of rewards.
This means — at least based on this particular study’s findings — that weed holds the potential to alter the volume, shape and density of essential structures in the brain.
“Just casual use appears to create changes in the brain in areas you don’t want to change,” said study co-author Dr. Hans Breiter, a psychiatrist mathematician at Northwestern University.

Researchers examined the brains of 20 recreational pot smokers as well as the brains of 20 non-users, using MRI images to compare similarities and differences, NBC News reported.
These individuals, who were all college students in the Boston area, shared comparable educational levels, personalities, level of alcohol use and anxiety — and they were all between the ages of 18 and 25.
The results, which will be published in the Journal of Neuroscience Wednesday, point to key differences in two areas of the brain — the nucleus accumbens, which deals with addiction and the processing of rewards, and the amygdalas, which is responsible for emotional processing.
The density of grey matter in these areas increased among marijuana users, indicating abnormal neuron growth. Additionally, the brain regions took on abnormal shapes.
It appears the changes were directly related to how much marijuana was consumed.
It’s essential to note that a definitive cause-effect link has not been proven, though the study did find an association between brain anatomy and weed consumption, HealthDay reported.
The outlet added, “These changes show that pot users’ brains adapt to even low-level marijuana exposure, potentially making a person more vulnerable to drug addiction or changing their thought processes and emotions in unknown ways, the researchers said.”
Considering that the human brain continues to develop into a person’s 20s and 30s, Breiter expressed concern over the findings.
“When we saw that there was a consistent abnormality and that it was directly related to the amount of cannabis one took in, it gave us some significant pause,” he said. “Seeing these differences raises a cautionary flag that we need to do more research.”

The study’s findings are important, as there is little information on the true benefits and negatives of lighter recreational marijuana usage, according to USA Today.
While the results will lead some to claim that marijuana should not be legalized, others, like Paul Armentano, deputy director of NORML, a pro-pot group, believe otherwise.
“A pragmatic regulatory framework that allows for the legal, licensed commercial production and retail adult sale of marijuana but restricts its use among young people — coupled with a legal environment that fosters open, honest dialogue between parents and children about cannabis’ potential harms — best reduces the risks associated with the plant’s consumption or abuse,” he told HealthDay.
It is important to note that the study was funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Northwestern Medicine’s Warren Wright Adolescent Center.
Funding coming from government agencies which are generally opposed to marijuana consumption might lead to some skepticism surrounding the study’s results.

Legalizing Marijuana: Gateway To Disaster

Medical Marijuana: Wrong Presciption

By Steven E. Masone

The legalization of marijuana for medicinal use has opened a "Pandora's Box of dangers and issues that will come back and bite us with perhaps a "venomous" bite. The clinics that we see advertised in every medium are in such fierce competition to get business, they are advertising "approval in 30 minuets." The subtle message being, "no one turned down."

Physicians who work in these "clinics" and are passing out medical marijuana cards like candy, are the bottom feeders of medicine. A legitimate need for a "medical card" should only be given by a physician who knows and has treated the patient long enough to assess whether or not this hallucinogenic drug is right for the patient, but also by a board without vested interests.

To willy-nilly pass out these cards to patients whose medical history one cannot possibly know and understand how marijuana might effect their psychiatric disposition, is criminal...sanctioned by the State and it's Voters who were duped into "being compassionate" to the patients, but it was really for financial gain more than the heralded "spin"... it helps as an alternative pain reliever.

When we open this kind of door to have a "Bonanza" of fast and easy money to anyone with an M.D. licence, we will get Doctors who will do anything for a Buck! Have sleeping problems? No sweat...in 30 minuets we will get you an Anesthetic medication ( Like Michael Jackson's Doctor prescribed him) that will solve that concern.

The slippery slope we are now on is going to ruin California Health Care Quality, flooding us with the bottom rung of lower skilled physicians from other countries and those Physicians from here that no one else will employ. We will be in dire straits if we don't turn back the tide.

We went from "Valley of the Dolls" prescription flooding of ourselves with Valium and all of it's related tranquilizers, to mood stabilizers, psychotropic drugs to marijuana. Whats next? Legal Marijuana across the board.

There are many people whose minds are "mush" because of daily marijuana use all their lives.

Brain-studies show a chronic marijuana users brain is abnormal, yet none of the side effect and dangers are being required to be advertised along with the promotion of it's "Alternative Virtues."

The only hope ironically now is Federal Intervention which erodes State's Rights, but marijuana usage increasing may be the greater "evil."

California voters will legalize, illegalize, authorize, and unauthorize many things through our ballot initiative process that may very well be "Pandora's Box of Horrors."

One of many studies:

EFFECTS OF HABITUAL MARIJUANA USE ON THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

The most potent argument against the use of marijuana to treat medical disorders is that marijuana may cause the acceleration or aggravation of the very disorders it is being used to treat.

Smoking marijuana regularly (a joint a day) can damage the cells in the bronchial passages which protect the body against inhaled microorganisms and decrease the ability of the immune cells in the lungs to fight off fungi, bacteria, and tumor cells. For patients with already weakened immune systems, this means an increase in the possibility of dangerous pulmonary infections, including pneumonia, which often proves fatal in AIDS patients.

Studies further suggest that marijuana is a general "immunosuppressant" whose degenerative influence extends beyond the respiratory system. Regular smoking has been shown to materially affect the overall ability of the smokers body to defend itself against infection by weakening various natural immune mechanisms, including macrophages (a.k.a. "killer cells") and the all-important T-cells. Obviously, this suggests the conclusion, which is well-supported by scientific studies, that the use of marijuana as a medical therapy can and does have a very serious negative effect on patients with pre-existing immune deficits resulting from AIDS, organ transplantation, or cancer chemotherapy, the very conditions for which marijuana has most often been touted and suggested as a treatment. It has also been shown that marijuana use can accelerate the progression of HIV to full-blown AIDS and increase the occurrence of infections and Kaposi's sarcoma. In addition, patients with weak immune systems will be even less able to defend themselves against the various respiratory cancers and conditions to which consistent marijuana use has been linked, and which are discussed briefly under "Respiratory Illnesses."

In conclusion, it seems that the potential dangers presented by the medical use of marijuana may actually contribute to the dangers of the diseases which it would be used to combat. Therefore, I suggest that marijuana should not be permitted as a therapy, at least until a good deal more conclusive research has been completed concerning its debilitating effect on the immune system.

For more on this topic, please see Donald P. Tashkin, M.D., "Effects of Marijuana on the Lung and Its Immune Defenses," Secretary's Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Intiative: Resource Papers, March 1997, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. Pages 33-51 of this address can be found at the website of the Indiana Prevention Resource Center at Indiana University, located at http://www.drugs.indiana.edu/druginfo/tashkin- marijuana.html.

RESPIRATORY ILLNESSES

The main respiratory consequences of smoking marijuana regularly (one joint a day) are pulmonary infections and respiratory cancer, whose connection to marijuana use has been strongly suggested but not conclusively proven. The effects also include chronic bronchitis, impairment in the function of the smaller air passages, inflammation of the lung, the development of potentially pre-cancerous abnormalities in the bronchial lining and lungs, and, as discussed, a reduction in the capabilities of many defensive mechanisms within the lungs.

Marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke contain many of the same toxins, including one which has been identified as a key factor in the promotion of lung cancer. This toxin is found in the tar phase of both, and it should be noted that one joint has four times more tar than a cigarette, which means that the lungs are exposed four-fold to this toxin and others in the tar. It has been concretely established that smoking cigarettes promotes lung cancer (which causes more than 125,000 deaths in the US every year), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic bronchitis and emphysema) and increased incidence of respiratory tract infections. This implies, but does not establish, that smoking marijuana may lead to some of the same results as smoking cigarettes. It is notable that several reports indicate an unexpectedly large proportion of marijuana users among cases of lung cancer and cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx, and larynx. Thus, it appears that the use of marijuana as a medicine has the potential to further harm an already ill patient in the same way that taking up regular cigarette smoking would, particularly in light of the fact that those patients for whom marijuana is recommended are already poorly equipped to fight off these infections and diseases.

MENTAL HEALTH, BRAIN FUNCTION, AND MEMORY

It has been suggested that marijuana is at the root of many mental disorders, including acute toxic psychosis, panic attacks (one of the very conditions it is being used experimentally to treat), flashbacks, delusions, depersonalization, hallucinations, paranoia, depression, and uncontrollable aggressiveness. Marijuana has long been known to trigger attacks of mental illness, such as bipolar (manic-depressive) psychosis and schizophrenia. This connection with mental illness should make health care providers for terminally ill patients and the patients themselves, who may already be suffering from some form of clinical depression, weigh very carefully the pros and cons of adopting a therapeutic course of marijuana.

In the short term, marijuana use impairs perception, judgment, thinking, memory, and learning; memory defects may persist six weeks after last use. Mental disorders connected with marijuana use merit their own category in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) IV, published by the American Psychiatric Association. These include Cannabis Intoxication (consisting of impaired motor coordination, anxiety, impaired judgment, sensation of slowed time, social withdrawal, and often includes perceptual disturbances; Cannabis Intoxication Delirium (memory deficit, disorientation); Cannabis Induced Psychotic Disorder, Delusions; Cannabis Induced Psychotic Disorder, Hallucinations; and Cannabis Induced Anxiety Disorder.

In addition, marijuana use has many indirect effects on health. Its effect on coordination, perception, and judgment means that it causes a number of accidents, vehicular and otherwise.

So not only is it dangerous to human life and health, it causes more strain financially on our State's financial woes as more health problems from marijuana's use will likely triple our Medi-Cal costs.

So the consensus of the pro-legalization of marijuana lobby, concluding that taxes thereof will help the State is more spin. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) published the following:

A Message from the Drug Enforcement Administration

Summary of the Top Ten Facts on Legalization

Fact 1: We have made significant progress in fighting drug use and drug trafficking in America. Now is not the time to abandon our efforts.

The Legalization Lobby claims that the fight against drugs cannot be won. However, overall drug use is down by more than a third in the last twenty years, while cocaine use has dropped by an astounding 70 percent. Ninety-five percent of Americans do not use drugs. This is success by any standards.

Fact 2: A balanced approach of prevention, enforcement, and treatment is the key in the fight against drugs.

A successful drug policy must apply a balanced approach of prevention, enforcement and treatment. All three aspects are crucial. For those who end up hooked on drugs, there are innovative programs, like Drug Treatment Courts, that offer non-violent users the option of seeking treatment. Drug Treatment Courts provide court supervision, unlike voluntary treatment centers.

Fact 3: Illegal drugs are illegal because they are harmful.

There is a growing misconception that some illegal drugs can be taken safely. For example, savvy drug dealers have learned how to market drugs like Ecstasy to youth. Some in the Legalization Lobby even claim such drugs have medical value, despite the lack of conclusive scientific evidence.

Fact 4: Smoked marijuana is not scientifically approved medicine. Marinol, the legal version of medical marijuana, is approved by science.

According to the Institute of Medicine, there is no future in smoked marijuana as medicine. However, the prescription drug Marinol—a legal and safe version of medical marijuana which isolates the active ingredient of THC—has been studied and approved by the Food & Drug Administration as safe medicine. The difference is that you have to get a prescription for Marinol from a licensed physician. You can’t buy it on a street corner, and you don’t smoke it.

Fact 5: Drug control spending is a minor portion of the U.S. budget. Compared to the social costs of drug abuse and addiction, government spending on drug control is minimal.

The Legalization Lobby claims that the United States has wasted billions of dollars in its anti-drug efforts. But for those kids saved from drug addiction, this is hardly wasted dollars. Moreover, our fight against drug abuse and addiction is an ongoing struggle that should be treated like any other social problem. Would we give up on education or poverty simply because we haven’t eliminated all problems? Compared to the social costs of drug abuse and addiction—whether in taxpayer dollars or in pain and suffering—government spending on drug control is minimal.

Fact 6: Legalization of drugs will lead to increased use and increased levels of addiction. Legalization has been tried before, and failed miserably.

Legalization has been tried before—and failed miserably. Alaska’s experiment with Legalization in the 1970s led to the state’s teens using marijuana at more than twice the rate of other youths nationally. This led Alaska’s residents to vote to re-criminalize marijuana in 1990.

Fact 7: Crime, violence, and drug use go hand-in-hand.

Crime, violence and drug use go hand in hand. Six times as many homicides are committed by people under the influence of drugs, as by those who are looking for money to buy drugs. Most drug crimes aren’t committed by people trying to pay for drugs; they’re committed by people on drugs.

Fact 8: Alcohol has caused significant health, social, and crime problems in this country, and legalized drugs would only make the situation worse.

The Legalization Lobby claims drugs are no more dangerous than alcohol. But drunk driving is one of the primary killers of Americans. Do we want our bus drivers, nurses, and airline pilots to be able to take drugs one evening, and operate freely at work the next day? Do we want to add to the destruction by making drugged driving another primary killer?

Fact 9: Europe’s more liberal drug policies are not the right model for America.

The Legalization Lobby claims that the “European Model” of the drug problem is successful. However, since legalization of marijuana in Holland, heroin addiction levels have tripled. And Needle Park seems like a poor model for America.

Fact 10: Most non-violent drug users get treatment, not jail time.

The Legalization Lobby claims that America’s prisons are filling up with users. Truth is, only about 5 percent of inmates in federal prison are there because of simple possession. Most drug criminals are in jail—even on possession charges—because they have plea-bargained down from major trafficking offences or more violent drug crimes.

No political process is perfect, however we are at a crossroads in regards to the "General Public" being able through "special interests" media manipulation override our elected officials on issues as complicated as this one is. The average voter will not research and compare the "Science" of pro and con studies. That is why we elected our Representatives to do this important work.

The scenario and specter of full legalization with "under the influence" driving, working, operating heavy equipment, parenting etc...is indeed an ugly proposition.

Technology vs The Disabled and Disenfranchised

by Steven Masone

By Steven Masone

The lightning fell so close to the man he felt the searing heat singe the hair on the right side of his face and arm. He remembered how good the animal he ate had tasted after it was charred by this fire from the sky. He picked up the branch that was still in flames in one hand and the creature he just caught and killed in the other. As he was headed back to the cave where he would try to use the fire to make his food taste good like before, two of his enemies leaped out of the shadows to steal his food.

He turned and faced them wielding the burning branch and smashed one in the face with the fiery weapon and he realized he had just discovered a dual purpose for the fire, food and weaponry.”(Masone, Steven, Article: "Technology Gone Wild?" )

And so it was with the tools that were used for building and working out their uses. Tools were turned into weapons to defend and or attack his enemies with. Throughout history, discoveries and inventions by mankind has been tainted with a doubled edged sword that helped and hurt themselves and others by misuse and the violent tendencies that is the cause of man's inhumanity to man from time immemorial. Now in the twenty first century, only fifty years after the first atomic bombs were used in warfare, unleashing the greatest power yet engineered by man, technology has exploded exponentially in all of the known sciences, while mans social ethics and moral compass are dangerously lagging too far behind being able to be trusted with the incredible advances and powers that are at the crossroads of destiny or self-destruction of all mankind, and possibly of the earth and even the universe itself.

From experimentation with supercolliders that may open black holes, to runaway man made viruses, genetically modified foods that could cause mutation and world-wide crop diseases, the possibilities are manifold and innumerable, creating scenarios stacking the odds against our long-term survival. . It is pointless to prognosticate all of the potential harm that lurks in man's ability to misuse and create the Frankenstein Monster that may be our cataclysmic demise. What we can predict however is the repetition of a destructive aberration from our recent past that is ready to occur again with a
vengeance.
                                    Eugenics
Eugenics came out of the bio-social movement of the early 1900's whose advocates promoted it as an applied science of genetic engineering to improve human hereditary traits to control population and create a superior human specimen. Thus a superior society. Nazi Germany embraced the philosophy
for their racist and genocidal aims that led to the "Holocaust"The fallacy was that improved traits in humanity would lead to world peace by creating a more intelligent healthier human. For thousands of years before the term eugenics was coined, this idea was knowingly and unknowingly practiced by sending the uneducated and poor males of a society into battle while the privileged and elite's progeny were either given deferments or positions in the military less hazardous than the front lines where young men were sent to certain death. As far back as the biblical account of King David sending the husband of Bathsheba into battle and ordering that he be made vulnerable to the enemy to be killed, in order to hide his getting Bathsheba pregnant, sheds light on utilization of war and battle by leaders to dispose of themselves the undesirables.
Between 1912 1nd 1932, three International Congresses took place as a global venue for scientists, politicians, social leaders to investigate and discuss plans and programs to improve human hereditary characteristics in the twentieth century.

While the Nazi embrace of Eugenics was used for an unthinkable horror in
the holocaust, the movement actually was re-invented and nurtured in America and England. President Theodore Roosevelt created a national Heredity Commission to discover the genetic heritage of the population and to encourage the good blooded families to increase, and the cross-bred inferior segment to decrease. Out of this, supported by the Carnegie Institute, came the establishment of the Eugenics Record Office. Soon sterilization laws were enacted allowing for compulsory sterilization of unfit offspring, to better the race. Other eugenic laws focused on limiting the right to marry. Tens of thousands of Americans in mental hospitals were forcibly sterilized.

                            The New Eugenics
                                      (designer babies)

Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) (aka embryo screening) refers to the ability to perform medical procedures to diagnose for selecting both medical and non-medical traits in children. The parents can select sex, athletic ability, intelligence, hair and eye color etc... While the virtues of gene therapy to eradicate disease from human DNA, can be heralded as the greatest discovery for the benefit of mankind, can mankind not abuse this power and have it lead do our destruction and not our triumph? History is not on the side of man in this dilemma. The evidence in current events still point to our darkest nature when it comes to how we are dealing with world problems of hunger, poverty, disease and mans inhumanity to man.
Can we see this eugenic propensity to eliminate undesirables in our inaction to intervene in the ethnic cleansing genocides perpetuated around the globe? In the name of neutrality and sovereignty rights of other nations we let warring African tribes commit genocide. Instead of putting our full power and resources to end aids and other diseases that are killing millions, we instead only contain it and control it's progression within it's own borders.

                         The Elephant in the Room
The conversation regarding stem cell research for spare human parts, the genetic engineering discoveries and advances that have the potential to encode immune system protection from many diseases and defects, have exciting possibilities but if history repeats itself, and it will, there will be a new and improved human bloodline versus an inferior older model, the natural human. It is obvious that this is where it all is headed. But in the name of progress and scientific miracle working technology, no one wants to sound backward thinking and play the spoiler. Even though the dark evidence of racial intolerance leads to horrific genocidal behavior by the elite and those they deceive with their fantastic visions of utopia, they ignore the elephant that is not only in the room, but is teaching the new narrative.

So like before, when undesirables were sterilized and even quietly euthanized in the name of creating a “better peaceful world”...allowing people to genetically enhance and pre-select a “better baby” will invite an old and dangerous evil back into the already intolerant arena of racist mentalities.
The book Boys from Brazil gives a fictional snapshot of a potential reality. The main theme is the preservation future of The Third Reich by it's maniacal followers. With the story-line shows Dr. Mengele clones Hitler and the good guys tracking down of these (former) Nazi's. The writer attempts to show the reader what could have happened if some events had or hadn't occurred, but the possibilities in reality would be endless.
The events are about 7 men who are six former SS officers and Dr. Mengele, the infamous doctor who operated in the concentration camp Auschwitz, and experimented evil medical and scientific procedures on Jews.

Mengele the story concludes, has cloned 94 boys from Adolph Hitler and is culling and sifting for the best of the group to find the perfect candidate to become the new Fuhrer of a resurrected fourth Riech. Speculation has it that in fact Hitler's DNA was preserved for a future attempt to clone another Fuhrer. No one can deny that many radical groups both nationalistic and religious would use this technology in the hope of resurrecting their former leaders and the dreams that failed at their deaths.
Many wealthy people have in fact have had themselves frozen in cryogenic states for this future hope of immortality. Where will a line be drawn? How far will we allow this technology to go before it's too late and genocidal cleansing of yesteryear will pale in comparison to future race wars fueled by fear and hatred as never before seen in the history of mankind?

The potential evils for genetic warfare are unlimited in scope and design. Can genes be designed to activate deadly diseases when two races are intermingled? Can genetics be used to create a human that is used only as a worker because all the genetic design effecting the brain factors for ambition and inspiration are de-tuned? The list of horrors can be endless. The time is now to address this approaching ethical dilemma that cannot be ignored or delayed,

We have all heard the axiom; “The definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.” We have been down this road before. Eugencs, New Eugenics, Genetic Engineering, re-brand it what you may, but the goal is the same as before...man is going to make man better and save the world bringing in utopia. Our track record is clear, we will reap the same results as we have from the dawn of time, turning our good into evil and destruction because we have not figured out why we seek after the power of life and death instead of life only. We have technology we should not have. We are not evolved as compassionate living beings as long as we want to play God and make the decision who is fit and who is not fit to be gifted with life.

                   More questions to ask
Where billions of dollars are seen in the “Genetic Engineering Market” there are hard questions that must be asked. Will the military industrial complex capitalize on growing soldiers that have been engineered to eat less, sleep less, require less maintenance than robotics and machinery? Will they engineer soldiers without the genes that control sympathy and compassion in the brain? Even today there is an illegal black market where people are selling their organs to wealth clients who do not want to wait on the legal waiting lists. Will we see people selling their engineered children when the financial remuneration is a temptation to lucrative to resist?

What will we see when via the black market, people will be able to “grow their own slaves” for various illegal and deviant purposes?
Can anyone really be able to address these questions with reliable science and certainty that mankind can handle this ever increasing power of technological advances that are making quantum leaps that seem to double every year? And what about all the proofs that insane criminal behavior has never decreased, but is now out of control?

Throughout history we have had prophets warn us of these things. One is the very appropriate Greek Mythology of Icarus, whose father made him wings to fly with, but because he used wax to fasten them with, he warned his son Icarus not to fly too close to the sun. Icarus ignored his fathers warning and flew too high anyway and the heat of the sun melted the wax and his wings failed him and he fell to his death.

Compared to the sophistication of our increasing technology to our social advancement and moral clarity, we are like the early cavemen who discovered fire. The only difference is that they survived because they could not burn up their caves of rock and stone. And we have thousands of new discoveries like that fire that we have brought into our societies that have too many pyromaniacs who will set our now prefabricated flammable world aflame. What is the answer? The answer is in the axiom that “history repeats itself.”
